Bill and Mandy aren't like other kids their ages. Sure they play, watch TV, and go to school, but they have also managed to make the Grim Reaper their best friend. While most people fear the caped figure with the sickle in his hand, Bill and Mandy have him wrapped around their fingers, and it's all because of their pet hamster. When the Angel of Death tried to take their furry little friend they challenged him to a game of limbo and Grim lost. Now he's stuck with two kids and humiliated by their trickery.
